Dough by Shelia is an online gourmet cookie boutique under the SheCupcakes Bake Shoppe brand. We bake our cookies with high-quality ingredients and love. Shelia Griffin, the owner of SheCupcakes Bake Shoppe, created Dough to meet the demands of her cupcake customers. Customers were purchasing as many cookies as they were purchasing cupcakes at Food Truck events. The cookies were being requested for corporate gifts, school and church events.
We bake our scratch-made cookies for catering services, birthday celebrations, employee recognition or any occasion. Do you want to make sure you can satisfy your sweet tooth any time of day? You can order our cookie dough frozen. The perfect treat for a cup of coffee or movie night. We will gladly deliver to your home or event location. Gourmet Cookie Dough (To Go)
Never be without your dough!! All of our gourmet cookie flavors are prepared for you to enjoy fresh out of your oven. Keep in the freezer until you are ready for a sweet treat. Your container of frozen cookie dough will have 18 preformed mounds of our standard dough.
Gourmet Cookie Flavors
We bake all of our cookies from scratch using real butter and the highest quality of vanilla. Our cookies are chewy and crispy around the edges. Our cookies are more than enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Our signature cookie serving is 3 ounces of delicious cookie dough. This cookie is a half size larger than the standard cookie. Enjoy warm and fresh out the oven or with your favorite drink. Our cookies can be shared by two people or savor the moment by yourself.

We require at least 48 hours for all orders. Our baking schedule will determine our availability.
We require a $56 (minimum for all catering orders. A $10 delivery charge will apply to all orders beyond Richmond/Sugarland.
